When you work in a kitchen in one of the most iconic settings in London you can’t help but be inspired by the local suppliers and producers, with growers and farmers stretching across the UK, our summer menu will change to reflect the seasonality of produce.

Our Drinks Menu will include a selection of classic cocktails and mocktails with a ‘Superbloom’ inspired signature cocktail.

Our expertly curated wine list has been prepared in partnership with Ellis Wines, a family run business stretching back 200 years.

We are delighted to be partnering with Champagne Laurent-Perrier, the largest family owned Champagne House and holders of HRH the Prince of Wales’ Royal Warrant, in recognition of their commitment to environmental sustainability. Chosen by the best establishments worldwide, the house style is one of lightness, freshness & finesse. These champagnes make great apéritifs and are also a superb accompaniment to food.
